Background/Inspiration from Ed Fella

For the past two terms, I've been working on a campaign against bottled water. My motivation for this is two-fold. For one, the claims made by bottled water manufacturers asserting their product is safer, cleaner and better than municipal tap water are false and have been proven false by the NRDC, Consumer Reports, and the FDA. I believe that as we continue to buy into these false safety claims and throw away over 40 million plastic water bottles daily, we will only compound any water safety crisis that we're currently experiencing. My overall work for this project has been inspired by Ed Fella.
